AMS IS THE LOCAL EXPERT IN MID- AND HIGH-RISE ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT
AMS is the largest local association management company, and the only management company holding the AAMC and AMO accreditations in both Washington and Oregon. We're dedicated to providing the best return on your investment and to make sure your residents see that value every time they come home. We are committed to forming positive, solution-oriented partnerships with the communities and boards we serve through communication, education, accurate financial reporting, and full accountability.
In June 2022, AMS merged with BPM Management, creating a new High-Rise Division. BPM was known for their expertise in managing mid- to high-rise luxury condominium communities. A large number of BPM's staff have joined AMS' team as part of the merger, nearly doubling the employee count for AMS. The High-Rise team brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. Together, we are stronger, more productive, and more efficient. We look forward to the opportunity to provide your community with our proven, top-notch services and support.
We believe association management is a relationship among the homeowners, the association board, and the management company, working in harmony to provide a quality living environment.
