AMS is one of only a handful of association management companies in the Portland/Vancouver area that has attained the AMO accreditation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). AMS joins 537 AMO firms worldwide that hold this distinguished accreditation. Association Business Managers attend Community Association Institute (CAI) classes and are required to obtain their Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation. AMS provides ongoing monthly Board Education training at no charge as well as an annual Directors Workshop. In both education options, Boards can meet and network with other Board members, learn in small groups about issues arising in HOA management and meet new vendors. AMS was voted “Best Management Company” two years in a row in the Clark County Business Journal.
