Association Management Services is committed to protecting the health and safety of our employees and clients. As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we at AMS will be doing our part in enacting preventive measures in-line with government mandates, while continuing to provide the highest level of customer service to our clients.

Taking effect on Wednesday, March 18, 2020, our offices will be closed to public access, but our staff working both remotely and in-office will be available to serve clients by phone and email during normal office hours. Occasional communication may be received during off hours as our team may work flexible hours to accommodate current needs.

It is our goal to keep everyone healthy and safe, so we kindly ask that you observe the following requests:

1. Contact us by phone, email, or through your community portal for all inquiries, payments, or maintenance requests.

2. If you currently have a pending maintenance request and there is a household member living in the residence with cold or flu symptoms please notify us immediately so that we may reschedule.

3. Meetings may be postponed or cancelled during this time or held in various ways to accommodate the needs of the community but limit the number of people together and the exposure to those required to be in attendance.
